Our client is a world leader in the development of electric propulsion systems for the growing aerospace electrification market.
The business has an experienced leadership team, a proven technology, and the support of committed investors, and is now scaling fast to meet demand. With the potential to have a wide-reaching impact on the decarbonisation of aerospace and urban air mobility, the company is building a global customer base and has recently expanded into the US.
Key to continued success will be a robust marketing strategy that fuels further sales growth. As such, our client is looking to appoint a Marketing Director who can develop and execute a strategy in line with the business’s 3-5 year goals.
The primary objective will be to engage and raise awareness of the company’s activities among its key stakeholder groups, including prospective/current customers, partners, investors/shareholders, and employees.
Additionally, the Marketing Director will prepare annual marketing plans, create a calendar of campaigns and events, manage the marketing budget, and oversee market and competitor analysis.
The successful candidate will possess a B2B marketing background and will have held a similar role in an engineering company, preferably, within the aerospace sector or a regulated industry. They will demonstrate a good level of technical understanding and the ability to translate technical data, making it compelling to different stakeholder groups.
Success in this role will have a far-reaching impact; facilitating growth, and helping to secure the company’s position at the vanguard of electrification as it paves a sustainable future for aerospace.
