The Chief Commercial Officer is an exciting, newly created role for the company and a pivotal component in achieving that growth strategy.

Reporting into and working closely with the CEO, the Chief Commercial Officer will be responsible for driving accelerated revenue growth through the development and execution of the commercial plan, while providing inspirational leadership to the team.

The ideal candidate will therefore be a proven commercial leader with a strong growth mindset and a stellar track record of selling enterprise-grade technology into the UK retail industry.

They will possess a deep understanding of this sector, its unique dynamics and buying processes. Candidates who have also sold into European or US retailers will be of particular interest.

This role demands an experienced leader of people, and the successful individual will demonstrate the emotional intelligence to develop, nurture, and motivate a team.
