Having successfully transitioned from technology development to commercial deployment, the company has secured strategic licensing partnerships, established industrial-scale production and is now entering the next phase of international growth.

Reporting to the CEO and a member of the SLT, the Chief Commercial Officer will be responsible for leading the global commercial strategy, accelerating market adoption, securing new licensing partnerships and building a world-class commercial organisation.

The ideal candidate will have built their career commercialising complex technologies, with a deep understanding of structuring and closing strategic deals involving capital investment, process engineering and industrial scale-up, where success depends on translating innovation into widespread market adoption. Candidates are likely to have gained experience within specialty chemicals, advanced materials, industrial biotechnology, process engineering, industrial technology, pharmaceutical services or related sectors.
