Its multi-award-winning products have enabled the company to establish an impressive and growing customer base and gain global recognition as a leader in cyber risk management.

 

On the strength of its technology, strategy, and team, the business has secured funding from experienced and high-profile backers. This investment has helped to facilitate growth, and the company is actively expanding its presence across EMEA and the US.

 

Our client has clear ambitions to exit in 2-3 years, and successfully scaling the business through this next phase will be critical to achieving that goal. As such, the need has arisen for an experienced Chief Operations Officer to help drive growth by ensuring the company’s operations are optimised and aligned with its objectives.

 

The ideal candidate will, therefore, have a track record of delivering operational efficiencies and processes at scale (including international expansion).

 

They will be proven and successful in an operations leadership role within a high-growth, investor-backed SaaS business, and bring with them the knowledge and experience of navigating a similar growth trajectory.

 

For the right person, this should be a compelling proposition. The successful candidate will join a business at a crucial inflexion point and play a key role in its global growth and eventual exit. Our client benefits from experienced and committed investors, a strong product suite, and a significant (and growing) market opportunity. Furthermore, through participation in share options, the COO will also be able to share in the financial success of any exit event.
